SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the text-message program offered by Solstice Energy Solutions for residential customers and prospective customers.
By voluntarily opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms. Texting is optional, and consent is never required to purchase goods or services.
1. Program description
Solstice Energy Solutions may send recurring customer-care and promotional SMS or MMS messages related to residential solar, battery backup, electrical work, system service, consultation requests, appointment reminders, estimates, project updates, support, and relevant offers.
2. How you opt in
You may opt in by entering a valid mobile number and actively checking the dedicated SMS consent checkbox on our website, or through another documented consent method we make available. The checkbox is optional and is not selected by default.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided, are authorized to consent to messages at that number, and are at least 18 years old.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request, project activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Solstice Energy Solutions does not charge a separate fee to join the messaging program.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
4. Opting out
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a message from Solstice Energy Solutions. After your request is processed, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will then receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.
If you use more than one mobile number, you must opt out separately for each number.
5. Help
Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us through our website Contact page. We may need enough information to identify your messaging request.
6. Delivery and carrier terms
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and may not be available in all areas or on all devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and for notifying us if the number changes or is reassigned.
7. Privacy
We use information from the messaging program as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Changes or termination
We may modify, suspend, or end the messaging program or these terms when reasonably necessary. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects your participation, we may provide additional notice as appropriate.
