Terms for using the Solstice Energy Solutions website, requesting residential energy services, and participating in our optional SMS program.
Please review these terms before using our website or enrolling in text messages.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Solstice Energy Solutions website, online inquiries, and optional text messaging program. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. SMS participation requires a separate voluntary opt-in; visiting the website or submitting an inquiry alone does not enroll you in text messages.
2. Website information and service requests
Our website describes residential solar, battery backup, electrical work, and system services. Website information is general information and does not replace a property-specific assessment or a written proposal.
Submitting a consultation or service request does not create an installation or service contract, guarantee an appointment, or obligate you to purchase. Project scope, pricing, payment schedules, warranties, cancellations, and other project-specific terms are addressed in the applicable written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms concerning your project, the project agreement controls.
Energy production, savings, incentives, and equipment suitability depend on individual circumstances. General website examples are not guarantees of a particular result.
3. Responsible use and information you provide
Please provide accurate contact and project information and only submit information you are authorized to share. You may use this website to learn about our services and communicate with us for lawful purposes.
You may not use the website to submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, transmit malicious software, infringe others' rights, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website and its users.
4. Website content, availability, and external links

6. SMS text messaging terms
The following terms apply when you voluntarily opt in to the Solstice Energy Solutions SMS program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
6.1. Program description
Solstice Energy Solutions may send recurring customer-care and promotional SMS or MMS messages related to residential solar, battery backup, electrical work, system service, consultation requests, appointment reminders, estimates, project updates, support, and relevant offers.
6.2. How you opt in
You may opt in by entering a valid mobile number and actively checking the dedicated SMS consent checkbox on our website, or through another documented consent method we make available. The checkbox is optional and is not selected by default.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided, are authorized to consent to messages at that number, and are at least 18 years old.
6.3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request, project activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Solstice Energy Solutions does not charge a separate fee to join the messaging program.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
6.4. Opting out
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a message from Solstice Energy Solutions. After your request is processed, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will then receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.
If you use more than one mobile number, you must opt out separately for each number.

6.6. Delivery and carrier terms
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and may not be available in all areas or on all devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and for notifying us if the number changes or is reassigned.
6.7. Privacy
We use information from the messaging program as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Changes to these terms and the messaging program
We may update these Terms of Service and may modify, suspend, or end the messaging program when reasonably necessary. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not change an existing signed project agreement. If a change materially affects SMS participation, we may provide additional notice as appropriate.
